Our customers often work with very complex and specialized topics and issues. In order for us to be able to find the right technical solutions for them, we need IT project managers who understand our customers’ wishes and can translate these into tasks for our internal teams of developers. We often extend the range of functions of our software disy Cadenza in relation to projects, in order to be able to implement customer requirements. Our project leaders are then directly involved in the design and further development as internal customers for the Development department.

They understand the requirements involved with customer needs and are the primary contact persons for questions concerning content and technology of the project. Each project requires the issues to be precisely thought over in order for innovative solutions to be found. How IT project managers work at Disy
Our IT project managers are the most important contact persons for our customers when it comes to planning and implementing the projects. They are responsible for the scope, time and budget, as well as the quality of technical implementation for us internally.
This includes understanding the requirements in complex database-oriented Java development projects and negotiating and documenting these as “interpreter” between customers and development. Because for us, IT project management means that those responsible work closely together with the development department. In addition, they steer all those involved in the project – from the concept right up to successful project completion. They are thus increasingly gaining more scope for action and expanding their own range of experience.
