Disy releases new version of spatial ETL tool for Talend

Disy Informationssysteme GmbH today announced the release of a functionally enhanced version of its plug-in ‘GeoSpatial Integration for Talend’. This spatial extension software designed for Talend platform allows SDE.ST_GEOMETRY spatial data, which is frequently used in ArcGIS environments, to be embedded in data integration and transformation processes.

CEBIT 2018 focus: flexible data analysis and modern reporting for public authorities

From 12 to 15 June 2018 in hall 14 in the “Digital Administration” area, the CEBIT will be demonstrating practical applications for digitalisation processes in the entire public sector. Disy Informationssysteme GmbH will also be presenting its main focus for this year: flexible data analysis and modern reporting for public authorities. Using a large number of examples from practice, Disy will show how federal and state authorities nowadays use Cadenza to implement modern reporting or professionally and spatially prepare, filter, analyse and visualise data. This allows them to make quick, informed decisions when creating appropriate policies.

New noise maps created for the German Federal Railway Authority

Commissioned by the German Federal Railway Authority, and under the direction of Disy Informationssysteme GmbH, the consortium of firms Disy, Pöyry and SoundPLAN have completed the EU environmental noise mapping of the main German railway lines. In addition to the actual noise calculations, this large-scale project includes a very complex data management system to check, clean, and homogenize huge data sets as a basis for the noise propagation calculations. The results of this nationwide noise mapping are the basis for noise action planning and are available to the public as of now.
