FAQ

Do you still have questions about Disy, the application process and the benefits that await you at Disy? Here you will find an overview of the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

General information

Who can I contact if I have questions that are not answered here?

If you have any questions, just write to Alexandra Schott at karriere@disy.net, she will be happy to help you.

What career opportunities are there at Disy?

Regardless of whether you join us with professional experience, as a young professional or as a student: With us, you have many opportunities to develop professionally and personally. We don't follow a cookie-cutter approach, but rather find the best individual path for your career.

Where is Disy located and what can I expect at the locations?

Disy is based in beautiful Karlsruhe with two locations. Our main location is in the centre of Park Plaza, in Ludwig-Erhard-Allee. The second location is just five minutes away in the modern buildings at Zimmerstraße 3. You can find out more about the locations, the premises and what Karlsruhe has to offer here.

The application process

How can I apply?

You have two options for sending us your application:

How does the application process work?

When we receive your application, a multi-stage application process begins. After an initial phone call, we invite you to a personal interview. The third step is an introductory day. The introductory day is omitted for student positions. You can find a detailed overview of the individual steps of the application process here.

How long does it take until I receive a response to my application?

You will usually receive confirmation of reception within one or two days. We then need a little time to analyse your application. However, you will definitely receive feedback within a week, even if we need a little longer.

How can I prepare for the interview and the familiarisation day?

Ideally not at all. We assume that you know who you are, what you can do and what is important to you. In the interview, we get to know each other, clarify whether we are a good fit both professionally and personally and whether we think along the same lines. On the familiarisation day, you will be given a technical task from your field, familiarise yourself with upcoming tasks and get to know your future colleagues.

I have not found a suitable position on your website. Can I also send an unsolicited application?

Absolutely! Even if no suitable position is advertised, we are always on the lookout for good employees. Simply send your speculative application to karriere@disy.net.
