Disy is based in the beautiful city of Karlsruhe with two locations. Our main location is very centrally located in the Park Plaza, on Ludwig-Erhard-Allee. The second location is only five minutes away in the modern buildings of Zimmerstraße 3. You can find out more about the locations, the premises and what Karlsruhe has to offer here.

The application process

How can I apply?

There are two ways for you to send us your application:

What is the application process?

The arrival of your application initiates a multi-stage application process. After an initial telephone conversation, we will invite you to a personal interview. The third step is a trial working day. A more precise overview of the individual steps in the application process is available here.

How long does it take until I receive feedback on my application?

You will normally receive confirmation of receipt within one or two days. After that, we will need a bit of time to assess your application. But you will definitely get some feedback within a week, even if it’s to say we need a bit longer.

How can I prepare for the interview and the trial working day?

It’s best not to prepare at all. We assume that you know who you are, what you are capable of and what is important to you. In the interview, we want to get to know each other and find out if we are a good match, both professionally and personally, and if we are all moving in the same direction. On the trial working day, you will be given a professional task from your field, will find out about the tasks which await you and get to know your future colleagues.

I couldn’t find a suitable vacancy on your website. Can I send an unsolicited application?

Definitely! Even if the perfect vacancy is not advertised, we are always looking for good employees. Simply send your unsolicited application to karriere@disy.net.
