A workplace is more than just a desk on an office floor - it is also a living space where you spend a large part of your time. We occupy the top (and most beautiful) floors of Park Plaza at the city park and at our second location in Zimmerstrasse. We have deliberately created a working atmosphere that reflects the idea of a living space.
Office interior design with distinction
We spend many hours of our lives in the office. So when it comes to interior and room design, it's okay t o aim for something better than standard. An office is also a living space and we have designed our premises accordingly. The theme worlds are air, land, water, energy and urban, i.e. all topics that many of our customers also deal with. We have implemented these focal points in such a way that they reflect our culture of collaboration and express our appreciation for our colleagues. We even won a priz e for this unique concept in 2023: the Best Workplace Award.

By the way: we have a wonderful view from our roof terraces at both locations all year round, and we're not promising too much when we say that the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular!
Mobile working: Flexibility in the home office
Beautiful office spaces where you feel comfortable are a great thing. But there are also good reasons to work from your desk at home. Flexibility in terms of time and space is very important to us. That's why home office and mobile working are of course possible with us. In most of our jobs, you can easily work from home, regardless of the level. You simply agree the details with your team.
Mobility in Karlsruhe: JobRad and JobTicket
Anyone who likes to get around in an environmentally conscious way will find the best conditions here. The public transport network in Karlsruhe is excellent. There’s a streetcar stop right outside our door, and with the Disy JobTicket, our employees can travel more affordably.

By the way: your bike is guaranteed to be safe in our own lockable bike cellar. And if you work up a sweat on your health conscious journey by bike, you can simply take a quick shower in the office. If you do need a car, there are various Karlsruhe Stadtmobil stations nearby (one of which is right in the building), which can be used via Disy. If you come with your own car, you can park it directly in the office`s own underground parking garage. Of course, we also have charging stations for electric cars.
